Born in the vibrant Sun City of El Paso, Texas, I was raised by a public school educator and SPED counselor. I grew up hearing ARDs and IEPs discussed around the dinner table, and saw the way incredible (or struggling) administrators and leaders affected what happened in my home. I developed a deep desire to understand how people grow and change, and how we can encourage healthy development and growth - and found myself with a degree in Human Development and Family Science from the University of North Texas. After spending my children's early years teaching online, I was presented an opportunity to bring access to incredible leaders, tools, and resources for FREE to new or under-resourced campus leaders. Through connection, community, kindness, I work hard to bring innovative, transformative tools and hope to the folks working hard every day to make a positive impact in public education.
